How can I update my 9.2.2 version to the 10.0 version?

Dear Sir or Madam,

on my PC in 2013 I installed InDesign CC 9.2.2 x 64 version , updated on the 10/11/2014 through the automatic updates.

Today I received some INDD files that I cannot open because they have been created with the 10.0 version of the program.

How can I update my 9.2.2 version to the 10.0 version? Does this option exist or how can the two versions be compatible?

Do I have to re-install InDesign?

Version 10 is a new download (CC 2014).

If you don't see it in the CC Desktop App Apps tab, quit and restart the desktop app so it will update.

That's said. The download will only work if your computer meets the requirements of the version you select, otherwise this version is not visible to you.
