Hi, we have a user who's macbook died. He uses a Macbook and an iMac. How do we register his rebuilt Macbook? As logging onto his Adobe account we can only download trial versions. I cannot see anything in the team administrator to rectify this issue. It just displays what team members
Has the user activated the CC twice ? The CC shows in trial if:
1. Activated more than twice (Re: CreativeCloud license for more than 2 computers)
2.It is not being signed with the correct Adobe ID
