I got notification of subscription renewal being pending, but despite numerous attempts could not either locate a 'cancel this subscription' button on my customer page which shows the subscription, nor get through to anyone on the phone line (i should not have to call for this) to cancel the order.
I am not using the service, no longer require it, would like to cancel it. Because of the experience described above, i have now just been recharged. can someone please now cancel this for me and refund the charge? I am best reached by email.
