    HELP!!!!! IT'S BEEN MONTHS WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!

      Cannot register product because serial number is not being accepted,   contacted someone in service they said I have to come here,

      now what... very disappointed, cant get into my photos and stuff.....need this resolved ASAP!!!!!   This a serial number consistently provided

      by you all....  now what?   HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          We would like to help but we need something to go on.

           

          Which version of Photoshop Elements are you using?

           

          Does your serial number contain 24 digits starting with 1057 - please don't quote it here as it is an open forum..

           

          Which operating system are you running on?

           

          Do you get an invalid serial number message or some other message?
