I needed to blur some text for my video and figured it out by applying an effects mask around the text and applying a mosaic effect to it. When I watch through the video, everything is fine. But as soon as I convert it to a MPEG file, it's as if I never applied the effects mask. The text is still not blurred. What do I do?
