I can't get media at the top of the page

Just installed photoshop E 13. I need to import some photos to get started. I can't get MEDIA at the top of the page. I get elive,quick, guided,expert.

Photoshop Elements consists of two separate but inter-related programs: editor and organizer. You are opening the editor, whereas Media is in the organizer. Click the Organizer button at the bottom of the editor window, since that's open now.
