commenting tools deactivated

After installing Acrobat standard, some of the drawing Tools are deaktivated (cloud tool, ellipse and Connected lines). All other Tools are activated.

Any solutions availiable?

What is the context you are using? Are you in the standalone application or in the web browser when you see this behavior?

It is in the standalone application, Acrobat Standard 11.

Disable "Touch Mode" in Preferences.
Edit>Preferences>General>Touch Mode>Never
