      Purchased new computer. reinstalled adobe photoshop elementsV3. was xp now windows 7?

      Yes its old but it came bundled with and is supported with  Wacom Graphire4 which cost me$ 249. Keen to get it working again.It seems to work until the registration- is the issue.

      I have the serial numbers but when I enter and  submit it  the screen displays unreadable gobbledy ****(rubbish)

       

      Contacting Adobe I couldnt remember my password reapplied for a new one got the email and could open it or get through by cut/paste on my browser as they suggested.

      I then resigned up under a different name and pass word.

      I do not find getting answers from ADOBE very user friendly It Just goes around in circles

       

       

      I need help getting my software to work. Pleeeeeese any suggestions  I am soo frustrated with this

          Sorry, I do not quite understand: you purchased a new computer with Windows XP and Photoshop Elements 3?
