Trouble making CC purchase

I have been trying to purchase a Creative Cloud package, but after entering my credit card details I get a message saying "Sorry unable to process." I have tried contacting customer support in India but they are unreachable. Can anyone please tell me what to do?

You can try with a different browser else contact sales team which is in USA (1800-585-0774).

Hi Amit, Thanks for your reply. I tried through a different browser, but got the same response. I have spoken to the Adobe customer support team on chat as well, and they say they cannot help with Indian sales related issues and I will have to speak to the sales department in India. I have tried calling the number they provided, but keep getting a busy signal. I'm feeling quite helpless and don't know what to do!
