    Easy way to remove .jpg pictures from collections

      My camera provides JPG   RAW files at the same time. During the import phase according to my understanding I do have to import all of them (in a quick procedure). Is there an easy way to remove all the jpg pictures from a collection? (using "filter" for example) ? Thank you for ther help

          Yes, the Filter Bar will do this for you. Select File Type from the dropdown menu, click on JPG, then delete all the highlighted photos (which will be your JPGs)

           

          It sounds like you'd be better off not creating the JPGs in the camera to begin with. Or not importing the JPGs (under Preferences/General uncheck "Treat JPEG files next to RAW files as separate files". Or not putting the JPGs in to the collection in the first place.
