I recently acquired a new computer and wanted to load my Outlook contact list onto my new computer. I followed online instructions but when I came to identifying the file into which the pst data should be copied, that option did not exist. I tried repeatedly and (although I know not how) finally succeeded. Now, however, whenever I open Outlook, I get a pop-up that reads: "The path specified for the file D:\Outlook\backup.pst is not valid." I click "OK" but that brings up a Windows Explorer labeled "Create/Open Outlook Data File" that is open to my "Documents." Windows 2013 only shows "This PC" and does not provide access to system files. How do I get rid of these pop-ups?
You have wandered into the Photoshop help forum. There may be folks here that also know about Outlook, but you would be better off asking over on Microsoft's website.
Of course! My mistake. The Adobe Communities have been so helpful, I just went there first. Thanks, SRiegel, for pointing this out. Sorry for cluttering the Community space.
