    Packaging InDesign Files

    altokintigh

The designers at my agency have found several packaging file issues that we're stumped how to correct. Here's a couple of them:

1 - InDesign only packages the files that are on visible layers.

2 - InDesign is only packaging files that are on the artboard - so everything that appears outside the bleed area are not pulling in. Sometimes reference items are kept off the artboard/print area to reference.

Help. Is there a setting that they aren't using? It's wrecking havoc on files that are at our print vendor.

      Thanks!
