Ok, so let's say you make a simple animation, like a circle moving from the left side of the screen to the center with an audio track (or none at all). Hitting the RAM Preview, it'll render the animation. However, upon playback, only the audio would play from the beginning, and then the animation picks up about 3 seconds in, where the circle has already entered the composition. Now, if it loops back after playing the full preview, only then will I see the circle enter the screen from the left.
Also, if I check the Full Screen box, I'll see it animate from the beginning. Info box at one point said "Locking existing Keyframes" and then after 3 seconds, says "Playing on 3 seconds". It does say it's playing in realtime, etc.
So for the first 3 seconds or so, I see no animation, and then it just picks up after that point. I've dumped cache and everything, restarted my computer, and reset my preferences. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
Well, I suppose you're saying this problem isn't fixed yet. Well ok then haha. I had no problems up until recently. I will try to reinstall After Effects to see if that does anything, but this just started to happen a day or two ago.
