      Hi there!

       

      I just received my Adobe ink & Slide last week, and I was very excited.

      Once received I was very frustrated because is not working at all as expected, and it draws straight lines out of the blue when touching sometimes.

      Also for a couple of minutes sometimes doesn't respond.

       

      Was hoping to get it replaced or even to be refounded but there's no way to have a direct contact with anybody on the phone, and the chat is always closed.

       

      What's happening here? very very disappointed!

       

      Anybody better luck with contacting customer support?
