Please ensure that Creative Cloud Desktop App is running and logged in. Please follow these steps:
1. Exit Edge Inspect CC desktop app.
2. Launch CC app and login with your Adobe ID.
3. Launch Edge Inspect.
If above doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know.
NO THAT DOESN'T WORK AND I STILL CAN'T USE IT... I see it's still an unresolved problem in these forums
Same problem here. I was able to lunch this application previously but now I am unable to launch it.
I followed the instructions above, quit all Adobe apps.logged out of creative cloud. Logged back in but Adobe Edge Inspect won't launch. All of my other applications launch successfully ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Edge Reflow, Fireworks, etc.) I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
I am running a 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise version.
If I can make a suggestion to the developers... Some of my other Adobe apps, like Photoshop which have the "Welcome" feature, which includes, "new features", "getting started", and "tips & techniques" sometimes need access to my proxy username and password. Maybe Edge Inspect needs the same access??
