Look, I know that Premiere Pro is for video; but I use Audition quite frequently and generally use the video reference. However, due to the fact that I work on time constraints, I, quite often, need to change the speed of a video so that it plays in synchronization with the audio. I can change the speed of audio in Audition, but simply being able to change the speed at which video plays back (to get it to match for consistency) would be unbelievably helpful and overall beneficial to me. Then I could have them synchronized for my own knowledge of where to go next.
Basically, the rate stretch tool for video would be useful in Audition, even though Audition isn't meant for video editing; it would make the reference much more useful.
