I have tried to cancel for the 2-3 months with no luck. I finally had to just let my credit card expire to get out of the program. Adobe is still billing my expired credit card. Is the only way to cancel Creative Cloud by cancelling my credit card? I can't even change form of payment. Calling credit card company to report abuse.
