cheyrn Nov 17, 2014 7:23 AM (in response to dummergold)Thank you. The reason why I am interested in time remapping though is the ramps that you can add so that there isn't an abrupt change in speed.
A combination of the two might be about the same though. So, I could adjust the speed then use rate change to make it fit within a time period.
That seems like the solution for now. Thanks. It's not exactly time remapping by a set amount though.

I've done it in After Effects with more control with key frames and ramps, using the Graphic Editor. Don't see the controls you need here in Premiere.
