Is your Lightroom license perpetual or Creative Cloud-based?
If Creative Cloud, is your subscription active and up-to-date?
I only got the licence recently, less than a year ago so it's not that it's run out it's still valid. And no, nothing to do with creative cloud. I never even had it when I was using Lightroom before, I installed it to see if it would help but it didn't.
Your statements contradict one-another. Did you subscribe with an annual program or did you buy a boxed/downloaded product?
It sounds like you have tried these solutions? Lightroom doesn't launch or returns "Develop module is disabled" error after 5.5 update
Downloaded product. I have tried all of these solutions but part of my problem is that I don't have the SLCache or SLStore folders in the first place, where they should be on my computer there is nothing so I can't change them. When I downloaded creative cloud lightroom was there, installed and up to date.
