    Unit Test Organization

I started using FlexUnit in a project, and would like some feedback as to how best to organize tests under FlexBuilder2. Coming from Java, there are a couple of things that made this non-obvious to me.

Most Java projects are able to completely separate tests from regular code. For instance, I may have src and tests directories in a project. FlexUnit, by contrast, seems to require an MXML application for running a test, and FlexBuilder 2 seems to insists that such an application reside in the main src directory. I was able to place other test classes in a src directory, though.

In general, I wonder what practices others follow in integrating FlexUnit tests with FlexBuilder?
