    I have purchased Adobe Photo and successfully installed the App. It shows a plain black screen no options below the Creative Cloud logo. Any help?


      I started chatting someone earlier and had to leave before they could help me much. I've tried to open another chat and it keeps saying to restart my browser even though I have several times. They said they would leave it as an open ticket, but I can't find any ticketing system to respond to or interact with.Adobe_CC_image.png
