I started chatting someone earlier and had to leave before they could help me much. I've tried to open another chat and it keeps saying to restart my browser even though I have several times. They said they would leave it as an open ticket, but I can't find any ticketing system to respond to or interact with.
My issue was resolved - I logged into adobe support through a different browser to get back to chat support. With their advising I had to right click on the desktop select "configure switchable graphics" and assign them to "power save mode" and it worked. When I restarted Adobe CC it worked.
