    Billing issues


      I'm having billing issues, yet I use my debit card on a daily basis. I've tried updating my billing info 3 times and spoke with an agent via phone and problem not resolve.

          Hi there


          Are you looking to use the same payment card?  It might be worth checking with your card issuer to see if there's a reason why payment can't be processed.  If you wish to use a different payment card, please let us know.
