    Has Adobe customer service always been this crappy? (new user)


      I am trying to sort out a 'billing issue' warning I get everytime I start up CC. I have the receipt for payment but reaching someone at Adobe is like finding water in the desert. I started a 'chat' but as I had to wait a long time for them to respond I 'missed the window' when they finally did and they closed the chat so I had to start over again. When I tried that I got a message saying that I have to restart my browser to start a new chat. Seriously Adobe restart my browser. How about just letting me continue with the original chat so that I don't have to retype my question (let alone restart the browser).


      FYI if you make it almost impossible to pay you for your products and use them legally people will just stop.
