    Paid subscription but only the public link works!



      I tried to send a file and did as instructed, but when I go to send only the public box is checked.  I can't check the personal E mail.  In the past it worked fine.  I know things have changed, but I have no idea why I can't sent to a individual E Mail like in the past.  What am I doing wrong or have I missed?  Please help!  Thank you very much!
