    error message user not activated.


      Hi, I have a Nook Glowlight e-book reader which is registered on Nook UK web site with an user account, also I have ADE id an account, and my laptop and and Nook authorized by ADE.

      However I am getting an error message user not activated when I am trying to open an e-book.
