I can use my visa in other sites and I try clear cache and other browse (safari, firefox, chrome). I'm tried and I use cc before 2/2014 to 11/2014.

I’m trying to changing the credit card on your account and I read on Manage your membership and payments. But show a messeage (STORE_ACCOUNT_CALL_FAILED) and I contact on support but don’t receive answer.
