I've looked in every nook and cranny on Adobe's web site and can not find any way to talk to a live person, even for money, about Lightroom issues. Is there absolutely no phone support for this product?
If you are a CC Subscriber, you have access to phone support. Which license do you have? Perpetual? Creative Cloud?
Perpetual license. Phone support for CC might be a good reason to move to the subscription service. But nowhere do they tell you that. Would be a no brainer, not to mention a good business decision, to let your customers and potential customers know one of the benefits of CC. Thanks for the update. Really appreciate your input
