Actually, it's not so much the compression setting that
matters as the
setting to play the sound as mono or stereo. Mono sounds are
course, but less spatially dynamic, so there are trade offs.
Flash offers a
pretty neat feature, though, in that it can pan mono sounds
to give the
illusion of stereo (in a basic sense). That can be addressed
