straker99 Nov 19, 2014 6:25 PM (in response to gener7)Hi Gene..
I just did as you suggested and got a "Your 30 day free trial has started" and then went to the Help menu and I am already signed in. Any thoughts? Thanks for your response by the way :-)

gener7 Nov 19, 2014 6:39 PM (in response to straker99)You can go to Help > sign out... restart PS and if you see "license this product", click on that and sign in.
You can also sign out of Creative Cloud Desktop app (Gear icon > Preferences Account >Sign out Reboot your computer and Sign in.
Ask in the Creative cloud forum Adobe Creative Cloud
If those fail. You should contact Support via chat or phone

straker99 Nov 19, 2014 7:05 PM (in response to gener7)Hi again... I signed out and rebooted and signed back in. I am not getting any kind of countdown notice for the trial when I launch the app so I assume all is good. I do however get an annoying splash screen welcoming me to PS CC 2014 with options of tutorials, getting started, new features etc... every time I launch the app with no option to 'don't show me this again' button.

gener7 Nov 19, 2014 8:29 PM (in response to straker99)Ok, you will have to wait for the welcome screen to load up. (Grab a cup of coffee )
Then scroll inside that window to the bottom, and you should see a checkbox at the bottom right. "Don't show welcome screen again"
Checking it will disable that startup screen

gener7 Dec 6, 2014 7:40 PM (in response to cmookh)Just remember, If you go to Help > Welcome Screen to have a peek at it, the sneaky little screen will check itself on to launch on startup as before.

cmookh Dec 6, 2014 9:24 PM (in response to gener7)Ah, like whack-a-mole. Another useful tidbit, Gene, thank you very much.
I'm sure there's useful info in those links provided in the welcome screen, but the timing is just so wrong, at least for me. When I launch Photoshop, I have images to work on and usually am not in the frame of mind to watch/read tutorials.
