Every time I download the newest version of creative cloud I process to install it. Every time after it has been "Downloading Adobe Creative Cloud" it crashes with the following message: Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.
Then finally I follow that link and download the SAME INSTALLER and the same problem happens. I figured this problem would be resolved but this has been going on for at least a month. What is wrong.
