There's a suspicion that Adobe did it mostly for Photoshop and Illustrator with full support, and probably not for Fireworks CS6.... according to this Mac Forum at this link: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1695399
Why not to:
- make sure that your software works under pertinent Fireworks CS6 updates
- try working with vectors, perhaps ?
Hi! thanks for your answer. I am a web designer (UX - UI) and have been using Fireworks since I started with Macromedia.
All my work is based on the program, much work part vector characters riding and I stopped using photoshop when improved masks in Fireworks CS2 I think.
Today Adobe intends to use two programs, with their complexities for the same work being done so far ... and it does not seem logical.
Especially when they are committed to updating Fireworks to work properly in future operating systems ... and do not take into account the retina is very bad.
I will continue researching or waiting to see how this issue continues, although I think I will have to move my way up to other programs by showing passivity with Adobe Fireworks.
