Every time this program comes up, I get the following message:

If you have not received the verification email, please check your "Spam" or "Bulk Email" folder. You can also click the resend button below to have another email sent to you.
But firstname.lastname@example.org is not the email account I'm using. I want to use my own existing account, not the one above. I've been looking for answers for days and I couldn't find what I'm looking for. Has anyone has this problem too? I went to check the clog settings option and I was unable to log off or switch users or whatever...

Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information
-right down to how you spell and punctuate the parts of your name and address
