Creative Cloud app will not open, whether or not the update icon is visible on the taskbar. Task Manager shows that the Adobe ARMService is running. I can no longer update any of my CC apps. Problem seems to have started about 4 weeks ago after a particularly involved Windows Update, but that may just be a coincidence. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm running Windows 7 with latest Windows updates. Thanks.
Maybe try running CC after restarting in safemode with networking?
