I was using sendnow, but yesterday I purchased Adobe Send. I need to
turn off sendnow and start using Adobe Send? How do I do that?
There's nothing that you need to do to turn off SendNow. We're shutting down the SendNow service completely on 1/6/2015, and all information/files stored there will be deleted. Until then, it's in ReadOnly mode, allowing you and your recipients to download files. But you can no longer send or forward them.
If you had a Paid SendNow subscription, you didn't need to purchase one for Adobe Send.
And if you are still having problems sending your videos with Adobe Send, see my response to this user: Adobe Send has suddenly stopped letting me send media files, my subscription is paid up and active!
1.) I tried both things you told him and neither worked
2.) To try and fix this problem I purchased the upgrade yesterday. Will
that payment start when my SendNow payment run out or do I have two
running at the same time?
Have you tried sending your video files directly from the Send tool/tab?
What message are you getting when you try to send one? Does it say that you need to upgrade, or something else? (I checked your account, and it is a Paid one).
I don't have complete access to account information, so can't see when your SendNow account is due to expire. But I will ask someone in Support to take a look and get back to you.
Your SendNow account was due to expire on 12/5/14, so there was only two weeks of overlap.
Bob, no matter which direction I come at it when I try to load the video
(mpg) file I get this message:
Audio/video files are not supported for sending, and have been omitted
from your selection. Upgrade to be able to send audio/video files.
I'm about ready to give up on it.
PS thanks for the help with the account information.
Don't give up!
I'll send you a private message. My guess is that you have more than one Adobe ID.
