Could you please change the resolution of your monitor to a lower than the current one and then try to record.
Also, make sure your video drivers are up to date.
My first attempt at Video Express produced the following error immediately after pressing the green record button. I am using a HP Tablet with Presenter 10.
Application encountered an internal error. Please contact Adobe Support.
Video Express seemed to record OK on my laptop, but I no longer have enough disk space for it to launch.
Any pointers would be gratefully received.
Please check the system requirements for Presenter 10. Also check the space availability on your hard drive. Clear the contents of temp folder.
You should have admin privileges on the machine as well.
