Cloud Getting Started https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud.html
paid for all app one year plan but now still show download trial and start trial.
can't fix it with this solution.
1. Check from Bank if the payment has been successful
2. Check the Adobe ID with which it has been purchased.
3. If you have installed the trial, then it has to signed out & sign back in to activate the CC.
These are the basic steps.
I check it successful already and signed out & signed in back to CC but still display download trial.
There are no billing issue, I have got it confirmed.
If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:
If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
- Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
- If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
- Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
- Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
- If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
In answer to your support answers regarding having to sign in to Adobe because it thinks I have a trial subscription (I don't), I have done all that you suggested, including uninstalling the Creative Cloud App and then re-installing the newest version as of this date. I also updated the Adobe Application Manager. Nothing Works!!!! I have been in contact with Adobe "India" more times and more hours than can be counted for this continuous problem. Adobe "India" has 'taken over' my computer countless times and then assured me the problem is fixed only to have it immediately return on both of the computers I use for these programs. I also followed the steps on deleting certain files described on the Adobe support forum. I can't believe the "big guns" in the Adobe hierarchy are not aware of this or even bothering to read these forums. If you can develop a beautiful application such as Lightroom or Photoshop surely you guys can put your attention and talent to fixing this MAJOR problem that will not allow subscribers to ever work offline!!!! SHAME ON ADOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had the same problem in the past. Adobe needs to fix this problem. It's like an annoying loop one cannot get out of. Once we purchase products we should not be lead through the store again - it should take us to our account site where our downloads are listed. We should also be given preferential help as Adobe Cloud members.
I checked from Bank and the payment has been successful
I Checked the Adobe ID with which it has been purchased.
If you have installed the trial, then it has to signed out & sign back in to activate the CC.
I have installed the deskop app and I have still the 30-days trail
You have purchased the CC as redemption code, it was purchased on November 23rd 2014, it has been activated on one machine only on Dec 8, 2014 9:08:37 PM .
Are you still facing the trial error message? Please confirm.
