I signed up for Creative Cloud today. I installed a few programs fine, but Indesign failed, apparently because I was missing a Windows 7 file. I installed the right one, I think. Then tried to restart, but that failed. It has not done that before.
To restart I had to restore Windows to a point before I had signed up for CC or downloaded anything from Adobe. I can now download the Creative Cloud app, but it will not install. When I try to install as administrator, it says "installer failed to initialize."
Any ideas about what I might do to set this right?
