Hi, Im working on a Mac Book Pro 15" 16 gb Ram, + 404 gb free HD
After Effects 13.1.1 Version and Yosemite OS
The software let me works a few minutes and then appears "unable to allocate 0.000 of memory. Either decrease the memory requirments for the rendering of this frame, or install more RAM.(12803 / U_MemTrackedObject). For mor information, see www.adobe.com/go/learn_ae_mem"
How can I fix it?
And what do you actually do when the error pops up? Comp settings? Footage? Effects? you need to be much more specific.
I have the same computer (2014 Retina MacBook Pro with 16 gb RAM with a 2 gb Nvidia graphics card) only I am running El Capitan on it, and I am receiving the exact same error message, specifically when I am keying HD green screen footage with Primatte.
I recently installed 126.96.36.199 on Mac OSX 10.11.3 and I am getting this frequently.
When I go to "About After Effects" it indicates 10% of 32GB is being used.
So this bug is back or yet to be fixed?
