I have purchased student membership on the monthly plan, however when i log onto adobe it says i only have free membership and therefore only a 30 day free trial on the apps. i am being charged at the moment for my student membership, what is going on?

Is it possible you have a student account under a different Adobe ID (such as an .edu address) -- and the original "free" account is under your personal email? In that case, each account is considered separately.
