Some pages no longer display on PC since updating to Distiller X Pro 10.1.12

I design a newspaper once a month and since 6 weeks ago whenever I send the paper to the editor and one enter member of staff they cannot view two of the pages but the other 6 members of staff can view them no problem. Since this first appeared I have upgraded my operating system to OS X Yosemite (clean Install) manually installed the applications including CS6 design standard. I have also created a brand new document and copied the page elements into them and the problem still persists for those two users. If I delete the two pages and put everything on fresh the problem is still there. It is a 56 page newspaper and the page numbers are 32-33. I cannot say which version of Windows and Acrobat they are using as they aren't PC literate enough to tell me and work the other side of the country. I am using OS X Yosemite and Adobe Distiller X Pro 10.1.12. I'm guessing it is an update to Distiller that has caused the problem but don't know for certain or know how to downgrade if that is the problem. If anyone can shed some light on the problem that would be great! Thanks in advance - Colin
