I had to reformat and reinstall acrobat 8 on win 7 and it comes up not responding and I have tried compability route and that doesn't work. any ideas for me to try?
You were using it on Win 7 before? Are you logged in as the administrator and have anti-virus disabled? If it was the regular purchase of AA 8 Pro, you might try the install file from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. You will still need your S/N from your original install.
