Carol Collum Nov 26, 2014 8:21 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)Jeff,
I've tried the instructions you forwarded but I've still been unsuccessful at solving my problem. I purchased the download from Office Depot so my Adobe account does not have a order history. I have both my serial number and redemption code but cannot access the platform to language swap. Is there a way to talk with someone to switch my windows registration code to a Mac registration code? Please advise. Thanks!

Jeff A Wright Dec 1, 2014 2:26 PM (in response to Carol Collum)Carol Collum step 1 of requesting the platform swap is to register your software title. You will need to do this since you purchased the software from Office Depot. If you had purchased from Adobe directly then it is likely the serial number would already be tied to your account.
If you continue to face difficulties please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to submit the request.

Jeff,
I have successfully registered the product and the customer service link you provided does not indicate a telephone number, just more forums and blogs. Is there a way to talk with someone to switch my windows registration code to a Mac registration code? It is now going on 8 days with nothing being resolved. I would really like to speak with someone and would greatly appreciate your assistance in obtaining the telephone number to whomever can swap my product. Again, I have the serial number and redemption code. Please Help!
