I am trying to access the picture frame pattern script and it is not in my drop down... neither is the trees script. I read some thread that it might be related to advanced graphics option but i've already turned that on/off several times while restarting the product. Still no luck. I am able to create 3D layers so I heard reports that if you don't have access to the picture frame script, you shouldn't be able to create 3D layers. In my case, I can. I have an nvidia 780 ti, so i should have access to these pattern scripts however i am at a loss to figure out how to get these??? Let me know what i should try as i would really like to use the picture frame pattern script.
If you are using Photoshop CC 2014, it is now under the Filter menu > Render...
Awesome... will check that out when i get home. Watching youtube videos really steer you off into the wrong direction when Adobe changes UI placement around.
It's been good news for me. I don't have enough vram on my card for 3D, and that's what was needed to activate those Tree/Frame scripts in the old CC. Now it works fine under that Filter menu given my mid-2009 Macbook. It will do fine on your rig.
