Is a DELL laptop in the premiere elements, 12 when you buy and download PC. Purchased in October.

Export and proceed with desks, DVD recorder where nothing not appear,

Stasis: cannot detect the recorder and the DVD cannot be written.

AVCHD and recorder is detected and can be written.

D MATSHITA DVD+-RWUJ8E2 is displayed in the location of the recorders in AVCHD.

Please tell me solution is you want to burn on DVD.

You can write in Movie Maker and video pad.

          Thank you in advance.

Set your Premiere Elements DVD output to a folder on your hard drive and then use the FREE Imgburn to burn the folder to disc for DVD

Read http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1322583 for notes on installing Imgburn WITHOUT any toolbar add-ons... Set Imgburn to use the slowest burn speed your drive and media will use... I set my burn speed to 1x and let Imgburn adjust to the actual minimum

            For Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Windows...

            1. Uninstall using usual Control Panel way.

            2. Do a free ccleaner run through to get rid of leftovers from incomplete installs uninstalls.

            3. Reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

If the above does not solve the problem and if you have a only a DVD CD burner, then consider

What burn software do you have on your computer?

Please let us know if any of the above worked for you.

            Thank you.

Add On....I just saw John's reply after I had posted mine. His is a workaround to obtain a DVD-VIDEO on DVD with ImgBurn in conjunction with Premiere Elements burn to folder. It is not a solution for burning to disc just using Premiere Elements.
