Recently, I am went through a torturous procedure with Adobe in attempting to change my e-mail address and password. After many tries and total frustration the customer service department accomplished it and I was off and running. Now, my Mac indicates that my Flash Player is out of date and gave me a procedure to go through. Attempted to log in with my new email and password which Adobe had approved and it will not accept my password and Adobe customer service now indicates that my only relief is with the Forum. What an answer!! Can anyone help me?
