Could you please open a command prompt and type "set" and then hit enter and then copy all the result and paste it here in a new post?
Could you tell us what version of flex sdk do you use? If you are using flex sdk 2.0 please update it to flex sdk 2.0.1
Thanks for reply. I have downloaded full version of flexmodule, so it has flex compiler too. I already have bin folder of flex in the system path. Please find my system path is as follows and please let me know if anything wrong

Could you tell us what jre are you using? The Flex Module doesn't work on jre 1.4 .
My JRE version is 1.5.0_11
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner>java -version
java version "1.5.0_11"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_11-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_11-b03, mixed mode, sharing)
I cannot reproduce your problem on my machine. Could you tell us what Flex Builder and FDS versions are you using? If you are using 2.0 upgrade to 2.0.1 and re-test the Flex Module.
I have the same problem. Any suggest, it seems that is not founding the JRE right?
An error occured on the server. Server error is: 'Error occurred in server thread; nested exception is: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: flex2/compiler/util/CompilerControl'
Flex SDK ver 2
Flex Builder 2.0.143459
This issue is not related to the JRE used, but to the version of Flex 2 SDK. This error occurs because of some classes that were added in the 2.0.1 release and which are used by the compiler whenever doing any work.
Because of a bug we had in the installer, the version of SDK did not always validate correctly, and thus it allowed the module to be installed over a 2.0 SDK.
This can also occur due to alterations in the system classpath which point to an older version of mxmlc.jar.
To test if the version of SDK on which the module is installed, follow these steps:
1. Open a command prompt.
2. Browse to [sdk_folder]\bin
3. Run mxmlc.exe -version
The output should state Version 2.0.1.
Hope this helps,
I downloaded the update for Version 2.0.1 and now I get :
Unable to create this part due to an internal error. Reason for the failure: The editor class could not be instantiated. This usually indicates that the editor's class name was mistyped in plugin.xml.
