Removing audio layers from source files

    mbrazis Level 1

      Hi everyone,

I started a video project and I'm importing some short clips under Fair Use. The audio on these clips is usually layered, i.e there is

      1) on site audio, background, talking, etc.

      2) sometimes music tracks overlayed or replace the background

      3) sometimes narration dubbed over the top

When I import into Premiere Pro I just get one audio file. I'm wondering is there a way to edit these layers individually, i.e. remove them?

Let's say I want to keep the background noise or music track, but delete the narration, or vice versa, etc.?

      Thanks.
