Getting billed, but Illustrator Cloud never worked.

I've been trying to get my issues resolved regarding my purchase of Illustrator Cloud version, but Support didn't know how to resolve the issue and Adobe still is trying to debit my account. I get notices saying that Adobe can't debit my account. What can I do to get Adobe to stop trying to debit my bank account when Adobe Illustrator Cloud never worked for me? Why are they trying to debit my bank account when I could not ever run Illustrator Cloud?

      1) I bought Adobe Illustrator the Cloud version

      2) I can't get it to work

      3) I call Adobe Support they are baffled, but get a trial version running

      4) I cancel Illustrator because I don't want the trial version to stop running and for Adobe to continue billing me after the trial has ended. I cancel by tweeting my request to Adobe with #adobe (or something like that). I think this is an odd way to cancel because I'm making my private activity public to anyone, but I do as I'm told in order to cancel my Illustrator Cloud.

      5) I give Adobe another chance to clear this up, but they say if I want Illustrator running, I need to resubscribe.

      6) I call my bank to make sure Adobe doesn't try to debit my account.

      7) I get emails from Adobe Rohit Kumar of Member Services of Customer Care, saying they can't debit my account because my information has changed.
