Hi Gruele, I've probably deleted and re-downloaded the Lightroom for iPhone mobile app about a dozen times already and each time I run into the exact same problem.

Hi ibarrien, I've tried restarting the device a few times. I've also deleted the app and restarted the device a few times as well. It's been a real frustrating issue.
Just recently deleted all mobile data from Lightroom on my Mac and started everything from scratch but the problem persists.
I have the same problem on the Android version
on two different phones. It's constantly forgetting my credentials and then it creates a new synced collection in Lightroom desktop for the same phone. It's really annoying.
