    Why does my license for Acrobat not work

      I had hoped to have a chat session with Adobe but despite they stating that its open 9-5 GMT ... its closed ... sigh..

       

      I purchased Acrobat XI some time ago... then earlier this year I subscribed to Creative Cloud... and paid my monthly fees.. now since I have been out of work I had to cancel all my subscription including Creative Cloud... I find though that my computers try to launch Acrobat XI but Adobe blocks it because my Creative Cloud subscription is cancelled... so how do I reinstate my XI license?

       

      Any help would be welcome.
